Dancing in front of Christo’s “Purple Store Front”, 1964. At the end of the exhibition « Christo and Jeanne-Claude Paris! », I learn that this artist that I love so much died of the Covid-19 on May 31th in New York. The poetic power of his exceptional work and its ephemeral wrappings will persist as magic in my memory. The world needs active dreamers, poets capable of wrapping cliffs, islands or the Pont-Neuf, to generate unforgettable images that dot our pupils of glowingly beauty.
