Ellias comes out to see what’s going on and dances with me for a few moments. Then he offers me a drink and I have a good time discussing somehow in Italian with the cooks who are dining before the service. I explain to them that if I had not danced, we would not be discussing, that the minute is a way to create a bond through art.
