13:11 p.m., this morning, I’m visiting a group of BMC (Body-Mind Centering®) practitioners, two days before their graduation. In this 4th year group, there are many dancers and performers. The morning’s subject was : « Art and BMC ». We improvised brushing-dancing thing before lunch, on an idea from Sara Jaleco, in order to be styled !
